Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are paid by e-Transfer and applied toward the total cost.

North Vancouver cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. With less notice or a missed appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

Victoria cancellations

Because Victoria appointments require travel and advance clinic scheduling, at least 48 hours notice is required. With 48 hours or more notice, your deposit can be transferred to another available Victoria date. With less notice or a missed appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required.

Victoria clinic dates

Clinic dates are subject to minimum scheduling requirements. If a clinic day is cancelled, your deposit can be fully refunded or transferred to another available date, according to your preference.

Late arrivals

A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed when possible. Your treatment may be shortened and the original fee still applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.

If Mylena cancels

Any deposit paid can be fully refunded or transferred to another available appointment, according to your preference.
