Who is responsible

Information this website collects
When you send an appointment or gift-card request, the form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred location, the service or concern you selected, the general availability windows you choose, an optional preferred date and time, any optional message you write, and whether you agreed to be contacted by SMS. A gift-card request may also include a recipient name and message.
Please do not send detailed medical or health information through this form. Anything about your health is better covered during your assessment.
How it is used
Your request is used for one purpose: to reply to you and arrange the appointment or the gift card. You receive an automatic receipt and Mylena receives a notification. SMS is used only if you opted in, and only about the request you made.
Consent
You consent to this use by submitting the form. SMS consent is optional, unchecked by default, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying to the message or emailing [email protected]. There is no newsletter and no promotional SMS.
Storage and retention
This website stores nothing: there is no request database, no analytics, no AI chatbot and no payment processing here. Your request reaches Mylena’s mailbox at [email protected], hosted by Proton Mail, and stays there under her control for as long as needed to reply to you and keep the record of your care. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Service providers
Proton Mail hosts the mailbox that receives your request and sends the receipt email. Cloudflare provides the DNS, the tunnel that publishes this site and Turnstile, which confirms that a form submission comes from a real browser and processes the visitor’s IP address and browser signals for that purpose. Google serves the web fonts used by this site and hosts the review form: if you submit a review there, Google processes the rating, comment and any name or email you provide, and the review appears on this site only after Mylena approves it.
Access, correction and contact
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected]. That address is also the privacy contact for any question about how a request was handled.
